This is information about you that you give us by using our products or by corresponding with us by website, phone, e-mail or otherwise. It includes information you provide when you to use our products, subscribe to our service, place an order on our site, and when you report a problem with our site. The information you give us may include:

Data processing purpose and legal basis

The register is used for statistics, products and services, as well as troubleshooting, data analysis, arranging surveys, marketing, campaigns and competitions. The information is used only if the customer has given acceptance by taking use our products.

Disclosure of your information

You agree that we have the right to share your personal information with:

  • Electronic material: only specific employees of the registrar and the employees of the companies operating on behalf of and by the order of the registrar are entitled to use the customer information system and to change customer data.
Where personal data is stored

All information you provide to us are securely handled by Stripe (https://stripe.com/) with SSL technology and is stored on https://customer.qautomate.fi/.

The content of the register is not, in principle, handed over or transferred outside the EU and the European Economic Area. However, information may be disclosed to the authorities, for example, on the basis of a statutory requirement.

With the consent of a registered person, the contents of the register can be transferred to our personnel participating in the recruitment process as well as to the potential registered person’s clients, namely our customers.

Information collected from sources other than the registered user will not be disclosed to QAutomate employees other than the recruitment process.

In addition, information may be disclosed, for example, to authorities on the basis of a statutory requirement.

The contents of the register will not be transferred outside the EU and the European Economic Area.

How long personal data is stored

The data collected in the register will only be kept as long as and as far as necessary in relation to its intended use. The content of the register, the legal basis for use and the need for processing are assessed at least every three (3) years.

Right to check the personal data

According of the law on personal data protection, the user of services has the right to check what information about him has been deposited in the register or that there is no information about him in the register. The registrar must let the registered person know the regular data sources of the register, the purpose of the registered information and the parties having regular access to it.

This is how you request an inspection:

  • Send a written and signed request to the registrar’s representative at the address shown in above, send it by email.
  • You can leave the register at any time
Changes to our privacy policy

We may amend this privacy policy at any time and revised versions will be posted on this website. Your continued use of our products indicates your agreement to such changes.
