Robotics for Inventory Management, Invoicing, and Accounting
One of Finland’s largest car dealerships, Rinta-Joupin Autoliike, has been using software robotics for several years in collaboration with Q-Factory using QAutomate’s technology. The first robots were implemented for vehicle inventory management, and the automation was then extended to invoicing processes.
Rinta-Joupin Autoliike has 26 branches and over 4,000 vehicles in stock at any given time.
Robotics brought clarity to the accuracy of vehicle locations and cost centers, which facilitates work in both sales and financial management.
A robot that automates accounts payable functions assists in the work of accounts payable clerks as well as invoice reviewers and approvers by handling pre-checks and comments in advance.
The automation of accounts payable will continue up to automatic posting models. This automation reduces the potential for human error and, of course, frees up resources for other tasks.
A robot that is trained in posting uses the Aito.ai artificial intelligence solution to independently develop a posting robot.
“Reliability, work quality, and speed are principles of Rinta-Joupin Autoliike and Q-Factory. All of these aspects strongly influence the success of projects and adherence to schedules,” says Johanna Nukala, Chief Financial Officer of Rinta-Joupin Autoliike.
