Software Robotics for Workflow and Process Automation
QAutomate is involved in implementing the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) platform service for the Päijät-Häme Welfare Area in collaboration with Q-Factory. In the procurement process, Päijät-Häme Welfare Area sought a provider for RPA platform services, including support and maintenance. The purpose of the RPA platform is to optimize the operation of software robots and the use of resources required for their functioning, such as experts and server capacity.
The implementation with Q-Factory consists of an RPA platform (software that can implement, manage, and maintain multiple parallel software robots) as well as expert services required for the operation and maintenance of the platform.
Thanks to this implementation, employee time is saved for customer interaction, process flows are accelerated, errors in data handling are reduced, and quality is ensured.
The Päijät-Häme Welfare Area includes the municipalities of Asikkala, Hartola, Heinola, Hollola, Iitti, Kärkölä, Lahti, Orimattila, Padasjoki, and Sysmä.
